Compliments and Complaints

Our Team at Shannon Court work extremely hard to ensure all Residents receive the highest standard of care. If you notice a staff member going above and beyond, we would like to know so we can share the compliment and thank them for their hard work.

Alternatively, if you would like to contact us to make a complaint, we would also like to know so we can try and resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

All complaints will be replied to within 28 days of submission.

To submit a compliment or complaint, please fill in the below form with as much detail as possible (including names, date and time, unit and a description of events).

If you would prefer to submit a compliment/complaint in person, please either give us a call or visit our Home to speak with us directly.
